With over 25 years of experience in team development and business strategy, Stephanie is an expert in transformational leadership, change management, resiliency, and customer experience enhancement. She’s a prominent figure in the industry, contributing to organizations such as the National Apartment Association Education Institute.Stephanie also hosts the “You Know You Deserve More" podcast on Spotify, where she has interviewed prominent figures and business leaders such as founder of Reebok, Joe Foster, and has made numerous appearances on TV shows and podcasts. Her impressive credentials include certifications as a John Maxwell Leadership Team Certified Speaker, Coach, DISC Consultant, Mentorship Member, and Maxwell Leadership Executive Program Director.
